In Naturewalk

Purchase a seaview, riverside or mountain view building lot now, have the crops fully managed and harvested for you, build your dream home / development project in one of the hottest property markets and beautiful locations on the planet! Each building lot is ready for immediate development. Development lots of land within our Naturewalk are planted with crops and are either bordering the public road or have sea/river views. The building plots vary from approximately 2,000 to 100,000 square meters, with the larger lots being ideally suited for re-division into smaller building plots (there are costs associated with future subdivison).

You may maintain the property yourself if you wish but the Naturewalk Farming Company has years of experience in growing, maintaining and maximising your crop returns. For teak lots the cost is just US$100 per 1,000m2 per year to maintain your teak. For all other crops the Naturewalk Farming Company takes a share of the harvest returns for their expertise. If you wish to sell your building plot in a few years, you are free to hire a local real estate agent. Of course, we are also at your disposal to handle the sale.

Purchase is easy and depending the area purchased within Naturewalk takes 4 to 8 weeks. The price of your lot includes water and electricity on your lot. Closing costs are 3.2% of the purchase price and this includes all taxes, duties, registration and legal costs. You will receive an official notary deed for your building plot and it will be registered in the Land Registry. The Land Registry in Costa Rica is of excellent quality and comparable to the Land Registry in Europe. You can verify on the Internet if the building plot has been registered in your name.
